Job description

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning Building Services Company. They are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various projects in the Midlands and Home Counties.

This is a permanent position, suitable for someone looking for long-term employment.

The type of works will vary from construction, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts across a range of commercial and domestic projects. We are looking for candidates who has experience working on commercial sites, and experience managing M&E trade teams.

Monday to Friday

£60'000 - £65’000 Per annum + package (including company vehicle/vehicle allowance).

Person specification

• NVQ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• SSSTS or SMSTS


• IOSH – Managing safely.


• Experienced managing M&E projects


• Project management experience
