Arcadis is looking to add an experienced and motivated Senior Contracts Manager to its team. This role supports the contract governance function within the Intelligence Global Business Area. You will be a specialist in contracting digital product offerings to public and B2B environments, leading commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms and conditions, and supporting performance on contracts. Your responsibilities include proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities, managing contract lifecycle management and compliance activities, and supporting account managers through contract initiation, negotiation (with legal team), approval, execution, and monitoring.
You will establish, manage, and maintain a robust set of contract KPIs, support commercial evaluation and contract change proposals, and work with the legal team on contract drafting and negotiations. The role requires the ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, regulators, and others.
This position is pivotal in ensuring effective checks and balances in a centralized manner covering all aspects of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as Arcadis integrates various software products. It sits within our global business area, Intelligence, which uses digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create holistic products and solutions addressing global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, digitalization, socio-economic disruptions, and societal expectations, all aimed at improving quality of life.
The role involves daily management and maintenance of CLM processes relevant to our products and services, establishing and maintaining robust CLM processes aligned with corporate functions, and leading collaboration with technology and growth teams to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
