TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning Building Services Company. They are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various projects in the Midlands and Home Counties.

This is a permanent position, suitable for someone seeking long-term employment. The scope of work includes construction, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts across a range of commercial and domestic projects.

We are looking for candidates with experience working on commercial sites and managing M&E trade teams.

1. Monday to Friday
2. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + package (including company vehicle/vehicle allowance)

Person Specification

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
