Arcadis is looking to add an experienced and motivated Senior Contracts Manager to its team. This role supports the contract governance function within the Intelligence Global Business Area and specializes in contracting digital product offerings to public and B2B environments. Responsibilities include leading commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms, supporting performance on contracts, proactively managing risks, issues, and opportunities, and overseeing contract lifecycle management and compliance activities for the Intelligence GBA.
The role involves establishing, managing, and maintaining contract KPIs, supporting contract change evaluations, working with legal teams on contract drafting and negotiations, and ensuring effective communication internally and externally. This position is pivotal in integrating and overseeing multiple software products and ensuring effective checks and balances across all aspects of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
It will be accountable for the day-to-day management of CLM processes, establishing robust processes aligned with corporate functions, and collaborating with technology and growth teams to deliver best-in-class products to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
You should share our passion for improving quality of life, pride in transforming the world, and understand teamwork's importance. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in commercial management with at least 10 years of experience in commercial, risk, and legal negotiation of complex digital product projects is required. Proven success in project execution, negotiation, financial performance, technical compliance, and client engagement is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate high intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels, especially senior management. A pragmatic attitude is vital.
