Job summary

Hippo Digital Limited in Leeds is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content strategy and design for client services. You will turn complex language into clear, user-centred content and work within multidisciplinary, agile teams.

You’ll mentor colleagues, run workshops, and advocate for best practice in content design while building lasting relationships with stakeholders across projects. A collaborative, consultancy mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Exemplary content design skills and establishing content strategy and content design patterns.
• Expertise in creating content based on evidenced user needs.
• Championing user centred design principles and practices.
• Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong consultancy skills and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of content strategy to meet client business requirements.
• Create and iterate content for end-to-end services, simplifying complex language and processes.
• Advise and support content design colleagues and Agile team members.
• Use insights from user research and metrics to shape content strategy and justify decisions.
• Be an expert in Agile delivery, selecting suitable processes and measuring outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers to create and iterate prototypes.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Run workshops with teams and stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centred design, especially content design.
• Share best practices within Hippo design community and write blog posts.
