Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise transformational change programmes underpinned by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors and Salesforce technology.
• Developing Change Management planning, conducting detailed change impact assessments, building change intervention plans.
• Transformation vision creation, Leadership alignment and storytelling.
• Communication strategy, experience in planning and building communication materials and engagement interventions using digital and AI enabled tooling.
• Learning Needs Analysis, Learning strategy and content build.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology to define Change Management solutions (SAP/Oracle/Workday/SuccessFactors/Salesforce).
• Manage lifecycle elements including Vision, Leadership Engagement, Change Planning, Culture and Behaviour change, Communications and Storytelling, and Change Measurement.
• Support growth of Change consulting through innovation, capability growth and market eminence.
• Create market viewpoints, blogs and offerings to strengthen Accenture’s Change consulting and Talent & Organisation.
• Deliver with consistency and excellence for clients.
