Job summary

Infosys Consulting in London is seeking a Change & Engagement Lead to drive organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement across a large Oracle HCM transformation programme. You will work with client sponsors to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The role partners with senior leaders to support governance, communications, training, go-live readiness and benefits realisation, across multiple organisational units in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change and organisational readiness in large transformation programmes.
• Experience across multiple organisations and deployment waves with competing priorities.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM, cloud HR, HRIS, or ERP systems.
• Experience partnering with Public Sector organisations to provide advisory services.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Maintain RAID logs and project reporting to support delivery.
• Develop readiness plans, adoption strategies, and change networks.
• Map current workflows and design future Oracle HCM processes.
• Create communications, training, and go-live support to ensure embedding.
