Qualifications

• Experience in design and development of training content.
• Experience supporting training delivery on projects or programmes.
• Development of training plans and management of critical paths.
• Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Understanding and experience of project management methodologies (Prince 2 or Agile).
• Interest in transformation, change management and learning technology disruptors (Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms).
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing others in a project team.
