Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock is recruiting a Post Transaction Senior Consultant in London with hybrid working. You will work on pension risk transfer projects, guiding schemes through buy-in to wind-up and wind-up completion, while managing client and insurer relationships and contributing to business development.

The role requires strong pensions expertise, project management skills and experience with insurer post-transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in buy-in/buy-out transactions.
• Strong pensions technical knowledge and legislative understanding.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through buy-in, buy-out and wind-up stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with trustees, sponsors and insurers.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive completion within agreed timescales.
• Contribute to strategic direction of the wider Post Transaction team.
• Present at client meetings and contribute to tenders.
