Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP) is seeking an experienced consultant to join the Post Transaction Team in London. You will work on risk transfer projects, supporting schemes through buy-in, buy-out and wind-up, and will partner with trustees, sponsors and insurers to deliver successful outcomes.

You will apply your pensions expertise, project management, and client-facing skills to manage complex de-risking programs and contribute to strategy and business development within a market-leading,

Qualifications

• Experience in a pensions consulting environment, or with a bulk annuity provider.
• Familiar with insurer post-transaction processes and wind-ups.
• Excellent UK pensions technical knowledge and understanding of wind-up requirements.
• Strong project management skills with detailed plans and timely delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with advisers, insurers, trustee boards and sponsoring employers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; confident in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support schemes through buy-in to buy-out and wind-up processes.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, advisers and insurers for a smooth transition.
• Project-manage sequences to ensure timely completion and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to wider team strategy and engage in networking and tenders.
