Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant in London with a passion for Change & Transformation to join our Programme Advisory division. You will shape and deliver major transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders and delivering hands-on change expertise across complex client environments.

The role involves developing change strategies, facilitating workshops, managing delivery plans, and contributing to business development. On-site presence 2–3 days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting environment or transferable consulting skillset.
• Proven track record delivering tangible change and transformation outcomes.
• Experience managing programmes/projects in complex environments with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in operating model design/implementation.
• Stakeholder management across large organisations.
• Experience designing/facilitating client workshops.
• Delivery of high‑quality change/transformation deliverables under tight timelines.
• Experience leading solution development for change projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders and contribute to bids.
• Support transformation product and methodology development within the team.
