Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Manchester seeks a Senior Consultant to shape and deliver change and transformation programmes within our Programme Advisory division. You will bring hands-on delivery experience, strong consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

The role requires experience across multiple capabilities, deep client engagement, and participation in bid proposals. 2–3 on-site days per week supported by hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting environment or demonstrable consulting skillset.
• Proven track record delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects.
• Experience in programme and project management within complex change environments.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Experience in managing stakeholders in large organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience delivering high-quality change and transformation deliverables under tight timescales.
• Experience leading solution development for change and transformation projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience developing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Change management qualifications (e.g., MSP, APMG, Prosci) preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, or real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid proposals and business development.
• Support Programme Advisory transformation product development and internal process improvements.
