Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in a second line monitoring role.

• Lead and manage the compliance monitoring programme.
• Develop the risk-based annual Compliance Monitoring plan.
• Provide contextual recommendations to strengthen controls.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s

Knowledge of FCA Handbook

Experience with delegated authority
