Job summary

Career Makers are seeking an experienced Area Registered Manager to oversee multiple complex services across Cheshire West & Liverpool. You will provide leadership to Service and Cluster Managers and support teams to maintain high standards of care and achieve the best outcomes for people.

The role requires NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it), extensive management experience in supported living or complex care, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards it.
• Previous management experience within supported living, learning disabilities or complex care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the quality and performance of multiple services.
• Act as the CQC-registered manager for one or more services.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service and Cluster Managers.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and development.
• Promote a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent outcomes.
