Job summary

Leaders in Care Ltd is recruiting an Interim Registered Manager for a nurse-led residential service in Cheshire. You will lead a high-acuity, complex-care setting, ensuring safe, person-centred care and robust governance while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires extensive experience in complex nursing, with current NMC registration and strong knowledge of CQC standards to maintain compliant, high-quality services during the interim period.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration – RGN, RMN or RNLD.
• Experience leading complex-nursing services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the nursing and care teams.
• Ensure safe, person-centred care for adults with complex health needs.
• Oversee governance, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Oversee care planning, medication management and clinical documentation.
• Support recruitment, induction and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement during the interim period.
