Job summary

Solaria Group in London is recruiting an experienced Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of care packages, ensuring safe, effective and personalised care for clients in the community.

You will manage relationships with clients, families and care professionals, conduct regular reviews, support remote teams and contribute to service quality and budget targets. The role is hybrid with weekday hours and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, domiciliary care or a similar health and social care environment.
• Experience managing care packages and client relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and quality standards.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of care packages, ensuring high standards of care.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure care packages meet needs.
• Support remote care teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor service quality and safeguarding practices.
• Contribute to budget management and operational targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Participate in an on-call rota to support services outside normal hours.
