Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Reward, with specialist exposure to Compensation.
  • Deep expertise in Compensation management, ideally across multiple European countries.
  • Senior leadership experience influencing stakeholders and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-of-year compensation planning cycles and cycles across regions.
  • Lead job levelling and pay range management initiatives.
  • Coordinate EU Pay Transparency across six EU countries.
  • Align compensation strategy with upcoming benefit changes and 2027 communications.
  • Support UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and data governance with Payroll and People Ops.
  • Collaborate with external partners to manage benchmarking and surveys.
