Middlemore is supporting a highly respected international financial services organisation in recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the UK and European operation. The role focuses on shaping the benefits proposition while managing complexity across multiple European markets and delivering strategic initiatives and Europe-wide projects.

You will lead European Benefits strategy, oversee annual renewals and vendor management, and drive efficiency through process and technology

Qualifications

• Experience across UK and European Benefits is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead complex projects.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with pay and benefits benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Develop European Benefits strategy and delivery across c.10 countries.
• Annual Benefits renewals and vendor management.
• Continued rollout and optimisation of an international Benefits platform.
• Regulatory compliance and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Improving operational efficiency through process improvement and technology.
