  • Coordinate EU Pay Transparency across six EU countries.
  • Align compensation strategy with upcoming benefit changes and 2027 communications.
  • Support UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and data governance with Payroll and People Ops.
  • Collaborate with external partners to manage benchmarking and surveys.

  • Supporting on changes related to UK Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Working with Employment Tax, Payroll and People Ops to ensure data governance and compliance.

This role offers great hybrid working opportunities - you can expect to be in the office in Bicester 1-2 days per week on average.
