You will drive end-of-year compensation planning, job levelling, and pay-range management, while coordinating with Employment Tax, Payroll and People Ops to ensure data governance and compliance.
Great opportunity to lead on major Compensation projects - job levelling and pay range management / EU Pay Transparency management across 6 EU countries / aligning of compensation strategy with key benefit changes - as well as key Compensation planning cycles.
The successful candidate will bring advanced compensation experience, ideally within an EU or International setting, and be available at short notice. Offers hybrid working.
