Job summary

My Life is seeking a capable Team Manager to oversee a team of Support Workers across Standish and community locations. You will lead service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape person-centred care with heart and resilience.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), leadership experience, and the ability to drive positive outcomes in community settings. A UK driving licence and on-call involvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or mental health challenges.
• Previous leadership role experience (Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, or Deputy Manager).

Responsibilities

• Supervising, mentoring and motivating a team of Support Workers.
• Leading service delivery to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Rota planning, staff development, care planning, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Participate in the on-call rota as part of the management team.
• Contribute to growth and development of services in local area.
