Job summary

Futures Care Limited is seeking a dynamic Care Manager to lead a small team of Support Workers in delivering person-centred care at clients' homes. You will provide line management, supervision, and support to the team, ensuring high-quality care in line with company policies.

The role requires a UK driving licence, at least 3 years’ experience supporting adults with diverse needs, and a commitment to promoting independence, safety and community involvement. Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years' previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities/challenging behaviour/physical disabilities/mental health (required).
• Experience of managing multiple supported living services (highly desirable).
• Supervision and team management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Support Workers providing line management support and supervision.
• Implement and contribute to a Person-Centred Approach through thorough care planning.
• Safely support and promote the independence and choice of individuals within their own homes.
