Millbank Holdings Ltd seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects across the UK. You will oversee pre-construction through to delivery, with responsibility for programme, budget, safety and quality, while managing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

The role focuses on high-value schemes, with autonomy, governance duties and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.

Formación

• Experience leading major infrastructure projects in construction/engineering environments.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of major projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure safety, on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Manage engineering, commercial, planning and site delivery teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Drive programme performance, risks & opportunities and change control.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual/regulatory requirements.
