Qualifications

• Significant Quantity Surveying experience within structural steelwork or similar construction environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop commercial personnel.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (Options A/B) and JCT forms.

• Establish and enforce consistent commercial processes across projects.
