Novax Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading steel fabrication business to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for its Leicestershire operation. You will support commercial activities across live projects and manage cost control, valuations, and final accounts.

The role requires a solid background in construction quantity surveying, ideally with structural steel exposure, and proficiency in NEC/JCT contracts, cost reporting, and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in quantity surveying within construction, especially structural steel.
• Proficient with NEC and JCT contracts.
• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide commercial support across live projects with Contract & Project Managers.
• Monitor costs against quoted figures and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain cost-value reconciliations, reports and commercial records.
