Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of major hyperscale Data Centre programmes across Europe. You will lead commercial teams, provide strategic oversight, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This senior, client-facing role focuses on protecting commercial performance, managing contracts and change, and developing high-performing teams to drive growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience across major construction or engineering programmes.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects in hyperscale environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, change, claims and financial performance.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
• Experience operating across international or multi-location projects.
• Right to work and willingness to travel to projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial delivery across major hyperscale Data Centre projects and programmes.
• Manage and develop high-performing commercial teams across multiple project locations.
• Act as a senior commercial interface with clients, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Provide strategic oversight of contracts, change, claims, risk and overall commercial performance.
• Work with project leadership to identify challenges, protect commercial outcomes and support successful delivery.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and support the growth of strategic accounts.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of Accenture Construct's Data Centre business across Europe.
