Job summary

Accenture seeks a Commercial Lead to oversee major UK projects and wider EMEA portfolios, delivering commercial excellence and robust governance.

You will lead commercial teams across infrastructure and hyperscale data centre programs, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive risk, claims, and change control. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams within complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, claims, and change control processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and practical project delivery experience.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial teams across major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as a key client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial risk, change control, and contractual obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust governance.
• Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery and commercial management.
• Drive a collaborative and high-performance culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support wider business growth initiatives and contribute to key account management activities across the UK and EMEA.
