Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial management of hyperscale data centre projects in the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background, with over 7 years of experience in cost control, forecasting, and contract administration.

This role offers a hybrid working model with approximately 25% travel to project sites. As part of Nscale, you will contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge AI infrastructure while enjoying a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable construction projects.
• Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle and oversee financial close-out.
