Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lead to support major capital projects across the United Kingdom and wider EMEA. This senior role requires proven leadership in construction, infrastructure, or hyperscale data centres, with a focus on commercial excellence and stakeholder management.

You will lead and develop commercial teams, interface with senior clients, manage risk and change control, and drive delivery success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams within complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, claims, and change control processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial teams across major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as a key client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial risk, change control, and contractual obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust governance.
• Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery and commercial management.
• Drive a collaborative and high-performance culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support wider business growth initiatives and contribute to key account management activities across the UK and EMEA.
