Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of major hyperscale Data Centre programmes across Europe. You will lead commercial teams, provide strategic oversight, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This senior, client-facing role focuses on protecting commercial performance, managing contracts and change, and developing high-performing teams to drive growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience across major construction or engineering programmes.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects in hyperscale environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, change, claims and financial performance.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
• Experience operating across international or multi-location projects.
• Right to work and willingness to travel to projects when required.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of major hyperscale Data Centre programmes across Europe. You will play a key role in protecting commercial performance, managing complex contractual and change matters, developing high-performing teams and building trusted client relationships. This is an opportunity to take a leading role on some of the most complex projects in the Data Centre sector while contributing to the continued growth of Accenture Construct's digital infrastructure business across Europe.

What will you be doing:

• Experience operating across international or multi-location projects would be advantageous.
• The right to work in your applicable location and flexibility to travel to projects and clients when required.
