Responsibilities

• Developing new commercial opportunities across the South Wales market.
• Building relationships with business owners, introducers and professional networks.
• Managing the full sales process from initial prospect through to placement.
• Advising clients across a broad range of Commercial Insurance products.
• Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate solutions.
• Developing and growing your own book of business.
• Working closely with internal broking and support teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and develop existing relationships.
