Responsibilities

• Take ownership of servicing complex commercial risk portfolios end-to-end for clients.
• Work with Client Managers and Directors to shape service plans and recommendations.
• Handle renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments with insurer terms.
• Produce marketing and client materials showing risk profiles and placement strategies.
• Review and enhance client programmes to improve coverage and grow portfolios.
• Build relationships with clients and insurers, uphold compliance, and support the team.
