Job summary

STRABAG UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Fleet Administrator to support our expanding fleet team at either our London headquarters or Wilton site in Redcar. You will foster commercial awareness, guide junior staff, and maintain accurate cost and invoice processes while delivering high standards of customer service.

The role offers exposure to landmark UK infrastructure projects and a path for professional development within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop a culture of commercial awareness within a team.
• Ability to provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on commercial matters.
• Strong customer service orientation with stakeholder focus.
• High accuracy in record keeping and administration.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal commercial reporting and other required reports.
• Prepare valuations and applications for payment with supporting documentation.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and change management.
• Assist in cost control, cost mitigation and cost allocation.
• Process invoices, match against purchase orders and update cost codes.
