STRABAG UK is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to provide strategic commercial leadership across a portfolio of major construction projects and frameworks within the UK Build Division.

The role requires a degree in construction, RICS/ICES progression, and strong experience in NEC contracts, cost control, and stakeholder management. It offers an opportunity to influence margins and project outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in construction or related field.
• Experience with NEC Contracts and standard forms of contract.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership across a portfolio of major projects.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and formal payments with full documentation.
• Lead procurement, subcontracts and change management processes.
• Support risk, WIP, cashflow and margin improvement initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships and governance across frameworks.
