Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification or chartered status is required.
• CSCS card is essential for site access.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Director in the commercial management of major CSA capital work packages from procurement to final account.
• Support GMP development, negotiation and conversion to agreed package values.
• Preparing and reviewing valuations, payment recommendations and change control with the wider site commercial team.
• Contributing to cost reports, forecasts, CVRs and executive dashboards.
• Supporting the administration of FIDIC contracts and wider commercial governance processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
