Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join the Cost & Commercial Management team, supporting the commercial delivery of a major hyperscale data centre programme. The role covers post-contract commercial management, GMP development, contract administration, change control, valuations, forecasting and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost and commercial management on complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong post-contract experience across change control, valuations, forecasting and final accounts.
• Ability to deliver commercial management across major work packages in large, technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Director in managing major capital work packages from procurement through final account.
• Lead or support GMP development and conversion to contract sums.
• Manage or support cost reporting, forecasts, CVRs and dashboards.
• Review tender analyses and recommendations from main contractor.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to drive cost control and commercial outcomes.
