Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join our Places Cost Management team in London. You will lead major cost management commissions, provide strategic commercial guidance, and oversee procurement and final accounts across projects in the Places portfolio.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and contribution to growth through strategic bids and account planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related built environment discipline.
• MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Significant consultancy experience in cost management for built environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cost management commissions on major development and infrastructure programs.
• Provide strategic cost, commercial and procurement advice from business case to completion.
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, estimating, risk management and final accounts.
• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and drive business opportunities.
• Mentor cost consultants and promote technical excellence across teams.
