Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to join our Places Cost Management team. You will lead complex cost management commissions, provide strategic cost and procurement advice, and mentor Cost Consultants and Quantity Surveyors across the business.

The role requires a leadership mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients and communities within the built environment. You will foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, contribute to business growth, and uphold governance

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related built environment discipline.
MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
Proven consultancy experience delivering cost management services within the built environment.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex cost management commissions across major development and infrastructure programmes.
Provide strategic cost, commercial and procurement advice from business case through to project completion.
Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, estimating, risk management, value engineering, change control and final account resolution.
Provide commercial leadership on large-scale projects with senior stakeholder engagement.
Ensure high-quality, commercially focused advice supports client decision-making.
