Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to lead complex cost management for major development and infrastructure programmes in the Places portfolio. You will provide strategic cost, commercial and procurement advice from business case through to project completion.

Role requires MRICS or equivalent, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management, and a track record of leading large projects with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior client stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead cost-related decision-making and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cost management commissions on major development and infrastructure programmes.
• Provide strategic cost, commercial and procurement guidance from business case through to project completion.
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, estimating, risk management and change control.
