Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect for the UK Public Sector to drive cloud-native architectures and hyper-scale solutions. You will own technical relationships, advise on security, cost, and performance, and help shape AWS capabilities for government, education, healthcare, and non-profits.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, develop reference architectures, and contribute to training, content, and best practices while engaging with customers to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and ability to communicate to executives and stakeholders.
• Eligible and willing to undergo UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers, recommending security, cost, performance, and reliability best-practice architectures.
• Advocate for customers internally to influence the AWS roadmap and mentor others.
• Create and share best practices, reference architectures, white papers, code samples, and public content.
