Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects in the UK. You will fuse technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for our clients, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.

You will apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks, manage risks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams while communicating with executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IT engagements.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, data, security, and apps.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud migration projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within time, budget and quality targets.
• Develop and execute programme level planning with flexible strategies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
• Drive key decisions and resolve project risks and issues.
• Establish governance, structure and communication plans for projects.
