Mersey West Lancashire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Marshalls Cross Medical Centre team in St Helens. The role involves senior clinical responsibilities in primary care and potential community work within a busy care home setting.

You will support GP surgeries and care home residents, provide advanced clinical care, and contribute to ongoing professional development and governance within a dynamic NHS team.

Qualifikationen

• Registered health professional with non-medical prescribing responsibilities.
• First level registered nurse registration in the UK.
• First Degree (or equivalent experience).
• Post-registration course in specialty.
• Immediate Life Support.
• Teaching qualification (C&G730, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent).
• Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice.

Aufgaben

• Review patients with undifferentiated health problems in Primary Care/Community setting.
• Triage, take histories, perform clinical examinations, diagnose and plan care.
• Prescribe medications and make referrals as appropriate.
• Supervise and support junior staff.
• Support GP surgery and care home residents and promote best patient outcomes.
