The Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Care Advisor for Marshalls Cross Medical Centre in St Helens. This part-time role supports GP practice reception and administration, delivering five-star patient care to our 7,000 patients while keeping daily operations smoothly.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle queries, maintain records in EMIS, and liaise with clinical staff. A friendly, meticulous communicator with teamwork spirit is essential.
