Marshalls Cross Medical Centre, part of the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, is seeking a Patient Care Advisor for Marshalls Cross Medical Centre in St Helens. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling queries, and maintaining patient records within a busy GP reception team.

You will work Monday to Friday in a 30-hour week, with shifts from 07:45 to 18:30, contributing to five-star patient care and efficient administrative support for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in GP reception or medical setting is essential.
