North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Warrington Urgent Community Response team. The post supports leadership, advanced clinical assessment and management of patients, with a focus on timely, high-quality care across the network.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with current registration.
• Degree at first level or equivalent required.
• Clinical Masters/MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or actively working towards it.
• Evidence of post-registration/qualification in advanced practice (clinical diagnostics/assessment).
