• Support education and clinical supervision of FY2 and GP trainees.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and evidence‑based practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain communication with GPs, practice managers, specialist services and hospital teams.
