Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Care Advisor for Marshalls Cross Medical Centre in St Helens. You will be part of the admin team delivering five-star patient care to our 7,000+ patients while helping with appointments and general clerical tasks.

You will greet patients, manage bookings, update EMIS records, handle enquiries, and liaise with clinicians to maintain smooth patient flow in a fast-paced GP setting.

• Previous experience working on reception in a GP practice or medical setting.
