Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, IT or related discipline.
- Experience maintaining and supporting computer systems and applications.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
- Customer Service qualifications or training.
- Training and experience of data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support, administer, develop and configure clinical IT systems.
- Review requests and incidents and support end users on assigned systems.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedural system documentation.
- Provision proactive user technical support and resolve issues.
- Monitor systems using logs and statistics and take corrective actions.
- Update and configure systems in a timely fashion.
- Travel across Trust sites to meet post requirements.
