County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to administer and develop clinical IT systems across Trust sites. You will support data quality, ensure system availability, and handle user issues with a focus on service excellence.

The role involves travel between Trust sites and requires essential certificates prior to pre-employment checks. Experience with radiology/cardiology systems is welcomed.

Formación

• Higher Diploma in computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical role with evidence of professional development.
• Experience maintaining and supporting computer systems.
• Experience developing computer-based solutions.
• Experience with systems development and databases.
• Experience managing configuration changes with testing.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain and provide user support for Trust clinical systems.
• Provide frontline system administration and technical support.
• Provide technical administration, configuration and development for one or more clinical IT systems.
• Ensure users receive the best service on data quality, system availability and operational support.
