Job summary

Absolute Digital Media is seeking a Client Services Manager to own relationships with top-tier accounts and drive retention and growth across SEO, PPC, content, and digital PR. You will sit inside the clients’ world, ensuring campaigns tie directly to their KPIs and commercial goals.

In this role you will coordinate across the full agency, deliver quarterly business reviews, manage delivery plans, and maintain strong stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Experience managing significant client relationships in a digital agency, consultancy or client-side marketing team.
• Ability to retain and grow accounts with measurable results.
• Comfort with data and turning numbers into a commercial story.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders and communicate difficult messages with trust.
• Strong project management instincts to run multiple accounts and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of top-tier accounts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and align performance to commercial objectives.
• Coordinate SEO, PPC, content, digital PR and development into a single campaign.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and deliverables with clear commercial insight.
• Escalate issues calmly with a documented plan and owner.
• Drive retention and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Own the delivery plan across service lines and hold teams to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and strategy documents.
• Brief internal teams with context to start work efficiently.
• Contribute client insight back into the wider agency to inform strategy.
• Shape and price proposals for existing clients with MD and department heads.
• Protect client outcomes and team capacity to deliver high-quality work.
• Foster strong relationships across client teams beyond single contacts.
• Ensure renewal opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Keep scope and hours under control to avoid over-servicing.
